A Developing Your Creative Practice grant from Arts Council England enabled me to travel to University of Connecticut, USA, for three months Feb to April 2022, to study 4 classes in puppetry at the world renowned UConn Puppet Arts Complex.  Courses included Advanced Rod Puppetry, Advanced Shadow Puppetry with Dr Matthew Isaac Cohen, Marionette Construction/String Puppetry with Bart P Roccoberton JR and Special Topics in Puppetry - Bread and Puppet Theater with Dr John Bell.
